We want you to love what you receive from Pinnacle Vision Publishing. Because all of our products are made to order and printed on demand, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@pinnaclevisionpub.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses, or issues not related to product quality.
